Return & Refund
At Max Nutrition by VO2, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we carefully inspect every order before dispatch, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.
Please read the following policy before placing your order or requesting a return or exchange:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The original invoice or order confirmation is required for all return and exchange requests.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, clearance events, or near-expiry discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged during transit, defective, or has a verified authenticity issue.
- Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions, personal preferences, or medical conditions after a product has been used. We recommend consulting your physician or healthcare professional before using any supplement.
- Once your returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible.
